Maryville University invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Executive Director of Human Resources. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Executive Director will lead talent development and management to support the achievement of the university's strategic plan. Additionally, the Executive Director will cultivate a work environment and culture that is consistent with the university's mission and values. The Executive Director of Human Resources provides oversight of the key functional areas of human resources, including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, legal and regulatory compliance, and performance management. The Executive Director will work closely with senior leadership to align our workforce strategies with our institutional goals, ensuring that our employees thrive in an environment that values diversity, innovation, and excellence.
