Provides administrative and management support for the Counseling Center. Serves as Center's budget and office manager. Under the general direction of the Director, the Counseling Center Operations Manager monitors and analyzes all financial accounts; prepares monthly financial reports; coordinates fiscal closing activities; manages personnel hiring; supervises Administrative Assistants (currently 3-AA2s, 3 AA3s, and 1 Admin. Analyst); prepares and expedites various requisitions; researches cost, availability and distributors for supplies; works collaboratively with the Director, 2 Associate Directors and 2 Assistant Directors as a member of the management team on financial issues, organizational policy making, planning, and problem solving.
