Position Summary: Incumbent provides patient care and nursing services to an assigned group of patients. Acts as a role model and clinical resource to other clinic staff. Coordinates physicians and patients as needed or requested by the supervisor/manager, ensuring that a team based approach to delivery of patient care services is utilized. Assists in developing patient education for assigned clinic. Schedules office visits and procedures as needed.
