Understanding of the techniques used to make websites, electronic documents, and media content accessible.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and adapt to their changing needs.
Ability to streamline processes and prioritize projects and tasks
Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, OS, Windows, etc.) when making accessibility recommendations.
Basic fluency with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, ZoomText, Dragon Naturally Speaking – and understanding of the experience for those using assistive technologies – or other accessibility features.
Knowledge of compatibility issues affecting assistive technology use with common enterprise and/or Harvard's systems
Empathy for users, stakeholders, and the people who build and support our products
Ability to develop constructive relationships with multiple stakeholders
Experience assessing, making recommendations, and working on contracts related to accessibility of vended products
Excellent attention to detail; conceptual, analytical and imaginative thinker
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
Shows enthusiasm and flexibility in acquiring new or emerging technology skills
Able to work within deadlines, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery and customer satisfaction
Effective meeting facilitation and presentation skills
Strong Drupal, Wordpress and PHP experience

WAS or similar certification preferred
