Position Summary: The Nurse Manager has 24/7 leadership responsibility for all clinical, staffing, quality, and financial management for the unit. Ensures an effective patient care delivery system that is compliant and consistent with standards of practice. Implements strategies, processes, and standards to ensure operations support the key organizational and departmental initiatives such as quality of care, patient safety, and patient satisfaction. Promotes collegial relationships between the unit and other departments or disciplines across the Medical Center.
Salary Range: RateMinimum $97,000.00 Maximum $174,900.00
Required Qualifications: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystem Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload Bachelor of Science in Nursing Basic Life Support Knowledge of Title 22 and Joint Commission Requirements Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills Prior management experience in an acute care setting Registered Nurse Unit specific nursing certification
Preferred Qualifications: Masters of Science in Nursing
