KDFC is currently located in the SOMA district of San Francisco.Â In 2020, we will be moving into the new Ute & William Bowes, Jr. Performing Arts Center in the heart of San Franciscoâs arts district, Â which will also be home to the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. KDFC and sister station, KUSC, are licensed to the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles. Â Â

Reporting to the Major Gifts Officer at KDFC, responsibilities will include:
Identify prospective major donors for giving at the $2500+ level
Secure $100,000 in new funding in year 1, increasing year over year
Manage a portfolio of up to 125 existing and new leadership donors
Assist with the management of leadership giving donors and prospects, with a focus on qualification, acquisition, and upgraded giving
Manage major giving stewardship, working closely with the Major Gifts Officer
Proactively utilize best practices for reporting to assist with prospect research, assignment, donor profiles, and other departmental needs
Assist with event planning and execution
Manage materials such as proposals, reports, and correspondence
Design and create communication vehicles, tools, and strategies
Other duties as assigned by the Major Gift Officer
Preferred QualificationsÂ Â Â :
5 yearsâ experience in fundraising.
Proficient in databases such as Salesforce and Word
