The Division of Hematology, Oncology and Blood and Marrow Transplantation at Childrenâs Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) within the Department of Pediatrics at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California (USC) is recruiting for a Clinical Investigator with expertise in Vascular Anomalies. He/She will hold a primary academic appointment in the Department of Pediatrics in the USC Keck School of Medicine at the level of Assistant/Associate Professor. In this position, he/she is expected to complete clinical investigations related to specialty areas, provide clinical service with the hematology and/or hematologic malignancy service, conduct research related to his/her area of clinical interest, particularly in the area of Vascular Anomalies. The remaining time and effort will be devoted to teaching and administration.
The Children for Center of Cancer and Blood Diseases (CCCBD) is the pediatric component of the NCI-designated USC-Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and is one of the largest and top-ranked pediatric hematology-oncology programs in the U.S., serving one of our nationâs most diverse patient populations.Â It hosts an ACGME accredited Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Fellowship and advanced specialty post graduate sub-specialty fellowships.
