The Program Representative (PR) II under the direction of the Director of Technology, is independently responsible for course and certificate program management and implementation, including developing new customers, growing the portfolio, course and curriculum quality assurance, course logistics, and meeting agreed upon financial goals. Further, the PR advises potential and current students, including international students, concerning program requirements, academic and enrollment issues, certificate progress, and mediates between student and teacher if necessary. Identifies need for new instructors and works with Director to recruit. Provides program promotion and marketing support by presenting and facilitating informational webinars (including recruitment of guest speakers), tracking webinar attendance attending fairs, preparing in-house collateral, including a regular newsletter, and obtaining general inquiry information when potential students call in or inquire.
