Provide coordination activities and guidance to The Center for Autism & Neurodevelopmental Disorders (Center) for the ABA/Behavioral Intervention team. The Case Supervisor will work under the direction of the Division Lead.The mission of The Center is to provide excellent clinical services for individuals with ASD, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental disorders and their families. The Case Supervisor will work among a team of professionals including psychologists, behavioral consultants, early intervention providers, educational consultants, speech-language pathologists, medical professionals, social workers, occupational therapists, faculty, graduate students, residents, and pre-and post-doctoral fellows. The ABA/Behavioral Intervention division offers behavioral treatments using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) strategies in clinical and community-based settings to individuals with ASD, other neurodevelopment disorders, or other health conditions that affects development and results in concerns in the following areas: joint attention, language & communication, play skills, social behavior and awareness, self-help skills, repetitive behaviors, feeding or toileting issues, sleep disturbances, or mild aggression. The Case Supervisor will provide clinical services to patients and their families through 1:1 therapy, group interventions, parent consultation, and case supervision. They will provide behavioral assessments and related reports.
