The Department of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of California, Riverside has a need for part-time or full-time Lecturers for Academic Years 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 to teach courses in the following areas: Introduction to Computing, Introduction to Programming and Computer Organization.
Qualifications include a minimum of a Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and prior teaching experience is required. The salary per course starts at $7,410.11. Lecturers can teach up to three courses per quarter. Appointment for Spring quarter begins April 1, 2019 and ends June 30, 2019; with service period for spring quarter being March 27, 2019 and ends June 14, 2019. Appointment for a Fall quarter begins October 1, 2019 and ends December 31, 2019, with service period for Fall being September 26, 2019 through December 13, 2019. Appointment for Winter quarter begins January 1, 2020 and ends March 31, 2020; with service period being January 2, 2020 through March 20, 2020.
