In Core HR, we are on the path from Lawson to Oracle HCM Cloud. As our Workforce Insights Analyst, you will provide broad analytics, metrics, and analysis support and coordination to HR Data Management (HRIS) and our client base. You will also be responsible for providing day-to-day analytics and metrics support to end-users. This includes maintaining data systems integrity, troubleshooting, and analyzing errors in reports and data.
In this role, you will also:
Work with EIS (Information Technology) in implementing and delivering new analytical tools, such as Oracle's OBIEE Analytics packages.
Conduct data analysis, including advanced statistical analysis, and produce a wide variety of reports to support department and business decisions.
Assist in the evaluation and development of department systems.
Produce data and reports for various surveys and benchmarking.
Play an instrumental role in supporting the Employee Engagement Survey reporting and graphical representation of the results.
