Position Summary: Manages the day to day operations of the Epidemiology and Infection Prevention department and works across inpatient and ambulatory departments, health disciplines, and other facilities to monitor and promote evidence-based epidemiological and infection prevention standards of practice for patients, families, and staff. Functions as the subject matter expert on all epidemiology and infection prevention issues. Provides support to Risk and Regulatory affairs to assure infection prevention-related regulatory compliance is maintained.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Pharmacy, Business, Administration or related fieldCurrent CA RN licenseExperience in Lean-Sigma as an improvement methodology
