This position offers a unique opportunity for a physician to pursue clinical work while contributing to the college's mission focusing on primary care, education and scholarly activity. The successful candidate will be a member of the College of Medicine's faculty and leadership team, lead the student affairs and student services area, and support and participate in the development and operation of undergraduate medical education program that is relevant to the university's mission. The position duties will include administration, clinical practice, teaching, scholarly activity, and committee service.The College of Medicine will consider full and part-time candidates for this position. Applicants being considered for part-time appointments will have duties and responsibilities modified to reflect a part-time load.
Candidates must have an MD or DO degree. Licensed or eligible for unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan and Board certification or eligibility in a recognized American Board Medical Specialty.
